About our services
We provide event planning, design, and coordination services in the metro Atlanta area. The exact scope of your event is defined in the proposal and service agreement we prepare for you, not on this website.
Quotes and booking
Every event is custom, so we quote per event rather than from a fixed price list. A quote is an estimate based on the details you provide and is valid for the period stated in the proposal. Your event date is reserved only once you have signed a service agreement and paid the required deposit.
Deposits and payment
A 50% deposit of the planning fee reserves your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Payment plans are available on approval. The deposit reserves your date on our calendar and covers planning work that begins right away, so it is non-refundable except as stated in your signed agreement.
Changes and cancellations
Date changes are subject to availability. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your signed service agreement. If you need to make a change, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to help.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, respond to approvals and payment requests in a timely way, and arrange venue access, permits, and any insurance the venue requires. Delays in these can affect what we are able to deliver.
Vendors and third parties
We may coordinate outside vendors such as florists, rental companies, caterers, and venues on your behalf. Each vendor may have its own terms, and we are not responsible for the independent acts of third parties beyond our reasonable coordination.
Photography
We may photograph our work at your event and use those images in our portfolio and marketing. If you prefer we not use images of your event, let us know in writing and we will respect that.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, such as weather, venue closures, vendor failures, or emergencies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. The signed service agreement for your event governs the details of our engagement.
