The short version
This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics, and it does not build a profile of you as you browse. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us.
What we collect
When you use the “Build a Party” planner or book a consultation, you may share details such as your name, phone number, email address, event type, date, city, guest count, desired services, style, budget range, and any message you write.
You may also reach us directly by phone, text message, WhatsApp, email, or social media, in which case we receive whatever you send in that message.
How the planner form works
The planner on this site does not send your details to a database or a server. When you finish, it opens your own WhatsApp, text messaging, or email app with a summary already written, and nothing is sent until you press send. If you close the page without sending, we never receive it.
How we use your information
We use the details you send to reply to you, prepare a custom quote, plan and coordinate your event, and stay in touch about it. We do not use your information for automated advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the vendors and contractors needed to deliver your event (for example a florist, rental company, or venue), and only as needed, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing party@eventswithesther.com. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights, and we will honor reasonable requests regardless of your state.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Links to other services
Our Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp links take you to services run by other companies, each with its own privacy policy. This policy covers only eventswithesther.com.
Security
We take reasonable care to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
